Today, the use of risk assessment methods in various industries is expanding so that there are currently more than 70 types different world. These usually used to identify, control and reduce consequences risks. The main appropriate for their results can be management decision-making its consequences. purpose this study identify evaluate risks safety, health environment provide proposed corrective solutions or eliminate HSE using HAZID method. This descriptive cross-sectional was performed 4 months For purpose, a list possible environmental prepared evaluated by technique. In total, 5.15% identified unacceptable, 20.62% undesirable, 50.51% acceptable, but 23.72% need revision minor. research include implementation measures such as safety training - professional inspection monitoring system personnel preventive maintenance forming audit team establishing regular House Keeping programs, etc. identifying Controls
